| Forms |
Electronic forms have come a long way since “fill and print.” New features allowing database connectivity so as to pre-populate user indicative data or to quickly capture actionable data from the form even as it is being completed by the user. Electronic forms have become more affordable as the cost of technology is driven done through competition. We are ‘wedded’ only to that particular e-forms technology that best suits your needs and your budget.

| Filing | The majority of savings from not printing paper documents, i.e.; using electronic documents is the ease of filing, the fact that you cannot lose a document (at least with our technology that is the case) and being able to quickly retrieve documents you need now, not tomorrow. These cost savings and productivity enablers are further enhanced by the greatly reduced cost of document storage … not more file cabinets, boxes, warehouses … and the security provided by electronic documents and filing that cannot be equaled with paper media. Also, the ability to provide “self-service” for documents your customers need without the manual intervention otherwise required by you or your staff. We can show you how to capture these benefits and more … including reducing the cost of document audits associated with regulated processes. |

Signatures |
Electronic signature … or, “eSignatures” … close the last gap, as it were, in achieving a totally automated process. eSignatures are more secure, more reliable and are legal in all fifty-states plus the federal government. That said, how this robust technology is applied depends a lot on the nature of your business. In some cases, having the eSignature technology as an application inside your firewall is best, whereas; in others, eSignatures as a service works best (particularly in regulated applications). In either case, the particular type and application of eSignature technology can be quickly determined. Here again, we are agnostic as to which product or service is applied only that it be the best and most affordable solution for our customer. We are industry experts in eSignature technology including having developed industry standards for financial services in the use and application of this technology. |
| Distribution | Electronic distribution of electronic documents is far less expensive, much faster and more robust whether it is a mass-mailing or event driven distribution such as notification of changes or access to controlled documents. Or, the ability to quickly present the correct disclosures and other documents required to support a particular transaction. Other forms of information can be included in electronic document distribution such as, flash video, recipient responses, and more. Finally, confirmation of delivery is immediate and can be done transparent to the recipient if needed. There are many forms of distribution and in almost every instance of each of these, electronic distribution trumps paper in cost and quality. |

Publishing |
Publishing documents whether it is policy guides / manuals or notifications to customers regarding new products or services or any of the possible reasons to publish including eBooks (for user guides, technical reference manuals, etc) is easier, quicker and less expensive done electronically than via paper media. The development of published material to websites or to individuals can be done in an easier to manage fashion through use of versioning and collaboration (see below). These features and more reduce costs, improve ‘time-to-market’ of critical information and enhance quality of the information being published. |
|
Collaboration |
With paper, only one person can work on a document at a time making collaboration difficult and time consuming both of which have cost related consequences. Electronic documents can be viewed and worked on collaboratively or separately by several people at the same time. Using version management and the document review processes found in any desktop document creation program, electronic collaboration can be improve productivity particularly where contributors may in different offices, countries and /or time zones. Work can continue on any document literally around the clock and around the world using collaboration. |
