Cancellation Policy
1.
If cancellations are received within ten (10) days of scheduled class, no invoices will be generated. Customer agrees to pay 50 percent of training fees if no cancellation notice is given or if cancellation is given less than ten (10) days of scheduled class.
2.
Should Paperless Office Solutions, Inc find it necessary
to re-schedule the class for which you have a reservation, you will be given the option of (a) re-scheduling to the next class, (b) re-scheduling to any available future class, or (c) full cancellation without penalty.
3. Government employees
will need to reissue the purchase order for reservations
for a future class

cancellations must be provided in writing to:
